Crusher Run VS Stone Question
Sep 27, 2017 · What size is the crusher run? It's not all the same. I use limestone screenings for driveways and parking lots. Yes, they make a mess. You track them into buildings, porches and the house. It's still the best material in my opinion. Nicest to groom and nicest to drive on. I freak out when I see a 3/4" stone lying around on the driveway.

Feb 02, 2012 · The last spot I did was to park my boat. I ran over the area in a pattern a bunch of times with the 5,000 lb Tahoe. (As wet as it is now, you will have to wait a while). Then used a layer of 3/4" crusher run stone (Which is the stone with all the grinds in it) for a base. Compress that layer in as well. Then top it off with 1/2 to 3/8 crusher run.
